Three Months to Create an Extraordinary Celebration
Perhaps one of the most remarkable aspects of the Habba-Mildon wedding was the timeline.
According to The Sun, the celebration was brought together in approximately three months after the couple’s preferred venue, The Plaza Hotel, was unavailable. The couple then turned to two Palm Beach wedding planners to help bring the spectacular event to life.

Transforming the Waldorf Astoria
The Waldorf Astoria’s fourth-floor ballroom became the centerpiece of the celebration, transformed by an extraordinary floral installation featuring approximately 900,000 fresh flowers sourced from around the world.
Pink and white cherry blossoms created dramatic dimension throughout the space, while hundreds of red roses introduced moments of rich color and romance.
The scale was spectacular, but it was the layering of each element—florals, lighting, furnishings, music, dining and entertainment—that created a truly immersive guest experience.
An Evening of Unforgettable Moments
The experience extended far beyond the visual transformation.
A 30-piece band provided live music throughout the celebration, while a singer traveled from France to perform Charles Aznavour’s “Hier Encore” for the couple’s first dance.
Guests began dinner with individual tins of caviar before the evening transitioned from an elegant reception into an energetic afterparty.
Three-time Grammy Award-winning artist Nelly later took the stage for a live performance, creating another unexpected moment as the celebration continued into the night.
